      Pay and benefits were good.

      Cons

      The most toxic environment I have ever witnessed. Staff was horribly overwhelmed and management continued to demand more. Deadlines were never-ending and impossibly tight.

      Office space and colleagues were high class

      Cons

      Hire and fire atmosphere despite length of time with company. I wasn't let go, but have seen so many employees come and go. Owner doesn't trust ANY staff to do their job and this affects all aspects of the firm. People who are toxic seem to excel here.
