No Trust, Respect, or Loyalty - Designer BDG Architects Employee Review

Hire and fire atmosphere despite length of time with company. I wasn't let go, but have seen so many employees come and go. Owner doesn't trust ANY staff to do their job and this affects all aspects of the firm. People who are toxic seem to excel here.
