Good basic salary for beginner. Opportunities of learning about outdoor sales.
Cons
Bad management, Provided training is un-detailed and do not properly prepare a employee. Especially the detailed of courses offer are not consistent as courses content kept changing and sales associate is not been provided with full detailed of courses results in false advertisement. Political play between teams lead, leading to the seizing of area with crowd/potential customer to benefits their own team. This cause a lot of newcomers to be positioned in terribly place with absolutely no people ranging from a few days to few weeks! Comissions of 5$ - 15$ per courses.
