Pros

You will get lots of food to eat, don't need to pack your lunch box but don't expect anything else.

Cons

Can change your job title anytime after hiring you and can terminate anytime without providing you the reason. Don't notice your hard work. don't see any growth. You don't have rights to speak up. they don't care about your feelings.

Pros

Remote work. And treats in the office when you go in. That’s it

Cons

Do not believe what they tell you during the interview stages (there are many). They make the job seem great but it is not. Horrible pay. Long work hours with no OT. Upper level management are cliquey and don’t provide feedback. I woke up terrified everyday of how I would be spoken to because seniors are not nice.

Cons

Imagine doing the workload of over 2 people and despite working over capacity, more projects will be added onto your plate. On top of that, they will also force you to work on company improvement goals on top of your insane workload. Even though upper management has their own data of company progression and the increasing amount of projects taken on, they will only act if you have your own set of data showing your increased workload and will not take you for your word. Competitive salary here means that you have to actually fight for a reasonable pay and growth is minimal. There is also no overtime compensation and your hard work goes unnoticed or you'll get only a shout-out from your peers. They also updated their annual raise structure so everyone gets it at the same time instead of on your anniversary date. The work culture is weak and they emphasize on utilizing the company's core values in every single task you do. Many people who stay seem to be trapped with golden handcuffs.
