Pros

Remote work. And treats in the office when you go in. That’s it

Cons

Do not believe what they tell you during the interview stages (there are many). They make the job seem great but it is not. Horrible pay. Long work hours with no OT. Upper level management are cliquey and don’t provide feedback. I woke up terrified everyday of how I would be spoken to because seniors are not nice.

Pros

Think carefully before applying- high turnover and low morale

Cons

This company posts job openings frequently, but it's not due to growth - it's because of constant turnover. Despite claims of expansion, the reality is a workplace culture where morale is low, and burnout is common. Employees are often expected to go above and beyond their job descriptions, with an unspoken pressure to work overtime to demonstrate commitment. If you don't, you may be seen as being not a "team player", which can impact your job security. There's also growing concern among employees about roles being outsourced to lower-cost labor markets. Management and communication challenges are huge here. Many team leads lack proper training and leadership skills, and communication across department is inconsistent. Clear direction is often missing, yet expectations remain high. Workload boundaries are rarely respected, and raising concerns about capacity or burnout can feel unsafe. Core values are promoted heavily but inconsistently applied: 1. Reliability: If you're reliable, you're often overburdened with additional tasks leading to poor work-life balance. 2. People First: While this a stated value, employees often feel undervalued unless they are constantly putting in extra hours. Mental health support is lacking and benefits don't include adequate coverage for therapy. 3. Customer Centric: Recognition is heavily skewed toward client-facing teams. Those behind the scenes receive little to no acknowledgement for their contributions. 4. Excellence: The bar is set extremely high, with little tolerance for learning curves or support when struggling. 5. Quality: Products are produced cheaply overseas but marked up significantly. While profits are strong, the people behind the work often feel overlooked. There are still some dedicated and talented individuals here and I genuinely wish them the best. However, for prospective applicants, it's worth reflecting on whether this environment aligns with your values and needs. Carefully consider your options.
