      Pros

      Good benefits and friendly colleagues. However, the managers and HR are bullies.

      Cons

      Chaotic IT project management and bullying upper management. Demanded unpaid overtime at a moments notice. When someone refused they were given a formal warning. Extremely stressful because of the incompetence of the managers. Laid off 30% of staff in a 2 year period.

      Low employee morale. Low staff levels but high expectations. Company prefers to spend money on schmoozing potential clients than helping staff.
