Pay is good, benefits are good too.

- Head of HR is not a people person. She will not even say good morning to employees. Very off -putting considering her position. -Some managers should not be in those position as they are very unprofessional. -Mandatory 3 days a week in the office - Some departments are chronically understaffed and nothing seems to be done to fix it. -Lack of flexibility - if you move away, you will have to resign as they refuse to have anyone work remotely - company is 20 years behind. -Halifax office has washrooms that smell like sewage.

Benefits and pay are good.

Will not even say good morning to staff. - Some managers are not qualified to be managers. - Mandatory 3 days in office - zero flexibility - Some departments are chronically understaffed and no one seems to care to fix it. - no internal jobs- very little room to move up unless someone leaves. - Washrooms in the Dartmouth location smell like sewage.
