      None other than the team members however they also get screwed like you will

      Toxic environment, no support, the wrong people being protected. Do not think you can make a change as they will continue their own dodgy ways

      Pros

      The work is relaxed, can be engaging at times and depending on who you work with it can be enjoyable.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment due to bad management. Not comfortable asking questions due to the attitude the management had. Too much emphasis is put on the corporate hierarchy, when someone who has a higher "rank", peoples attitude changes.
