Pros

Lots of the people are great

Cons

The office is a volatile place with people doing many things out of the scope of their work. Long time employees were getting fired and management would proceed to trash talk them after departure. No one had a clear path to accomplish goals and would often be assigned the same task, set by management to work against each other rather than with one another. Would often be put on an important task only to be told it’s not important and be scolded for wasting time. The company is split between two offices and there’s hostility between them. Too much interpersonal staff drama.

Pros

Working with peer(s) in the field was promising!

Cons

Issues that consistently is substandard management, troubles with manpower thus placing their workers in a precarious position. BGT workers having to work with less than professional individuals displays that management are not concern with hiring / dealing with professional types. The absence of accountability and the constant "finger-pointing" in an attempt to deflect blame and shift focus away from the real reason(s) for issues that went awry was often displayed. "Talking about doing something and nothing done..." was also a debilitating practice viewed at BGT. Crew's constant absenteeism at the job-site.
