The employees are hard workers who very much like their job, diversity, and the hours are great.
Cons
There are no personal evaluations, nor possibility for advancement, raises are extremely rare; if we're lucky everyone will get less than a dollar raise and it's always the same amount regardless of performance or dedication. We are sometimes forced into mandatory overtime that can last for weeks or months; with many employees complaining of extreme exhaustion and pain. Also you will be written up if for any reason you are not able to work one day in overtime unless you have a doctor's excuse, however favoritism is shown towards a select few who don't require a doctor's excuse for leaving early or after working an 8 hr. shift during mandatory overtime. Employees currently make $12.75 an hour, however again a select few make above this pay who perform the same job and do not possess the same seniority nor work ethic as others.
