- In the two years I've been here I have witnessed several major restructuring. Execs, teams and functions come and go. The company loves restructuring like a past time!
- There's a lack of long term planning. Very difficult to plan long term career when things change rapidly.
- Still requires onsite work despite the fact that I mostly work with people from AU and MY. Result? I spend nearly 50% of my time in the office attending meetings.
- Many managers and execs have no idea what the business does. They were sourced externally and have not bothered learning about the function they are leading!
- BOS leads to so many redundant meetings and routines.
