      Pros

      Only reason is you get salary on time and you got some brand name associated with your profile.

      Cons

      HR people make you false commitment at the time of joining. Lots and lots of work pressure. No salary hike. No work timings so your family life is totally screwed. You will get unexpected hike only if you are Punjabi and MBA. These stupid peoples need MBA interns to do the sound engineering work that's the best corporate joke.
