      Like every startup, things can get messy, as meetings may not be consistent and you wont have a manger, and be expected to do things by yourself.

      Interesting and varied work, every week is different. You will evolve as a developer after working there. Very reasonable work hours. Great people who are fun being with.

      Cons

      Small startup on a limited budget. Very lacking when it comes to extra compensation beyond salary.
