      Pros

      - Large projects - good salaries compared to the market - you can get experience from some mid management employees

      Cons

      - very unstable, too many rotations - projects sizes and number is less than before - salaries are always late, can be late up to 3 months late -amman office high management is very weak and mostly uninvolved in work - experience is limited, you keep repeating same task for months -shouting and blaming is a daily excersize - experienced people always leave the company
