Pros
The work itself was realitvely laid-back most of the time. Not bad for a part-time job.
Cons
It was extremely difficult getting in contact with anyone outside of our local team. When it was time for me to leave the position, I reached out to HR and Payroll to inform them of my departure and never recieved a response.

- An easygoing job - You'll learn patience - Good one to begin with as a part timer
Cons
- Back support - senior management is not approachable, they ghost you, never reply. Even if they do, it's rude. - Everyone has different procedure for one single task. They themselves aren't clear which procedure is correct. - Anyone and everyone is supervisor. Lot of nepotism, favouritism and support to one community. - No promotions until you are working in GTA. -Less hours, Less pay.
