Who doesn't like to work with the latest computer hardware, servers, workstations, water-cooling, AI, and high performance computing all in one company? There are projects in different areas of hardware and software design. The great culture around designing the highest performance products based on what can be done versus what is "good enough". The compensation is good, the CEO understands and cares about employees.
Cons
Deadlines can be tight, so can be stressful like most companies.
