Horrible training... actually there was no training. No management or organization. Everyone trying to stab you in the back. ability to grow and move up within the organization. Lies about pay structure and bonuses. Lies from the hiring team about being able to move to different districts after first assigned district. When I was hired at BJ they assigned me to one of there northern districts and was told after six months I can change districts. After the six months pasted, I requested a change, and HR told me I agreed to a two-year contract in my current location. I asked "where did I sign this?" and was told from HR "oh it was a verbal agreement and there is nothing you can do about it"...

HR spends a lot of time and money trying to get good employees and professing that employees are their greatest asset, but they spend so much money trying to get employees that they're forced to let go of the good ones they have hired. Management cuts employees based on their personal preference not skill level or quality of work. Make sure to align yourself with the right people. They're quick to let quality people go with no warning, taking big steps back instead of proving themselves to be the innovative, progressive company they claim to be.
