Mismanaged. Owners do not actually care about their staff. They’ll say you’re “family” and then treat you like dirt. Did not follow mask mandate when it was in effect. Did not listen to employees’ concerns for health and safety. Did not take action when customers behaved inappropriately towards wait staff. They are doing too much. Need to slow their roll. Also dig deep into their hearts and recognize that a business is only as great as it’s team. A high five doesn’t cut it. Do better. ALSO the wait staff makes more money than the managers and even the chef. Don’t be fooled by their aesthetics. They have a decent business model and great food but at the end of the day they do not know how to run a restaurant.
