Pros

One of the largest visa processing international outsourcing companies. The upper management was mostly helpful in training new incoming staff. Great company to learn many areas of travel agent section like Visa processing and Passport renewals. Opportunity for growth within the company.

Cons

Occasional overtime required along with some weekends and US holidays.

Pros

The Head Office in Delhi is very near to Metro Station ( that is the only good thing , I know )

Cons

1. Complete Lala Driven Company. 2. During Covid -19, Majority of staff are forced to to LWP and since march 2020 they are not getting paid. 3. Those who are not been sent to "Forced LWP" are getting 25-50% of the salary, in the name of "Work from Home" policy. Ya you read it right... different salary structure for different staff 4. You are forced to come to office during this Covid-19 , if you want more than 50% of salary. 5. Since many staff are leaving the company , they are offering a very lucrative salary on Joining of new staff and after 10 days of joining they give you a shock ---- offering 75% of the salary giving Covid reasons. In case, you want to use WHF, you will be given max. of 50% salary . 6. Salary delayed . 7. Non Supportive HR as they are also Lala driven ;) 8. BTW, they haven't shared any offer letter , until I joined. 9. No Work Culture; only 2nd and 4th Saturdays are Off 10. No EL, No PL , no Sick Leave. only 12 leaves per Annum you can take. 11. Non Professional Organization All in all , the company is not employee friendly .Join this company only if you don't have any other option.

Pros

If you don't get any job anywhere else, you may work at this one. Only good for people at very low level who are ready to boot-lick their bosses and take their crap. No pros otherwise.

Cons

Unprofessional behavior even from the senior management. Like a family business, they look for every chance to harass people. 6-day working even though they don't have much work. Even then, only 15 leaves a year. No other leaves. Will pay you way below your previous salary. No growth and no learning as there is not even a single person who you can look upto. Delay in salaries, paid after 10 days.
