      One of the largest visa processing international outsourcing companies. The upper management was mostly helpful in training new incoming staff. Great company to learn many areas of travel agent section like Visa processing and Passport renewals. Opportunity for growth within the company.

      Cons

      Occasional overtime required along with some weekends and US holidays.

      Pros

      Every day brings a new set of experiences because of the people that pass through.

      Cons

      Communication is slow, training by HR to employees/management is almost non-existent. Too much work is given by the higher-ups to the employees at the office for the amount of time we have to finish everything, but then again there are some workers that don't pull their weight.
