When I was working with BM consulting, I complained about a guy who used foul language and misbehaved with me. Foul language is something that shouldn't be used at workplace. And on top of that, my team leader being a female did not support me. The HR also didn't take any action against it. The senior authorities also didn't do anything about it since the person I complained about was an important 'asset' to the company. Instead of taking action against that guy, they kept extending my internship because they didn't want to take me on board. This is what a woman gets for complaining. This is not just my experience, 2 women from my team have experienced the same. I did learn about Amazon ads but at what cost? No support from seniors when I needed it. I don't want any other woman to go through this.
