Pros
Great office, great work life balance with 2 days working from home. Lots of social activities, office culture is super friendly, some staff all go for walks together at lunches. Management are down to earth and very caring
Cons
Most / all projects are understaffed Projects are very tedious and similar No employee benefits outside of pension scheme, no coffee machine / memberships or perks Male led leadership team Never any bonuses Very separate from the Birmingham office, socially and project wise
