1. Poor Compensation 2. Fake promises regarding job role. These people changed my job profile within 15 days of joining. This is a bait and switch tatic, and if the issues are raised them they just ignore them. 3. Toxic Work culture. This company follows blame culture. If you are right, then nothing, but even if something slightly wrong happens, you will be blamed and questioned for your career choices 4. Very very bad work life balance. It's daily minimum 10 hours a day, and many a times you don't have time for lunch as well. 5. Notice period is 90 days and they won't let you go before 90 days no matter what happens. My main issue is the change in work profile and management seems to not care about it.

Almost everything is wrong with this company. Management lacks direction, behaves submissively toward their German counterparts at BMW, and has no clear long-term vision. Furthermore, some managers are openly rude to employees, taking advantage of the fact that this is currently one of the few automotive companies hiring in India. ​There is no future here for a skilled engineer. Many of us were hired for specific roles, only to be reassigned to completely different teams upon arrival. Additionally, while they expect incoming candidates to join within 30 days, they refuse to shorten the rigid 90-day notice period by even a single day for departing employees. ​My advice is to stay away. There are far better companies out there offering superior work, better management, and higher compensation.
