      It's a great environment to meet people in your community and genuinely help them on their fitness goals

      Cons

      As a new franchise, there are several bumps that need sorting out. I didn't feel like the franchise to individual studio connection was very genuine, was a stressful and 'hustle' culture which I didn't enjoy. As expected with opening any new business it's a learning curve, however I felt there were better ways to support and communicate with employees.

      love the workout, great members, overall good company structure, flexible schedule

      Cons

      burnout, studio owners will use and abuse you for little pay, corporate does not get involved, low pay depending on your owner, not all studios are the same
