It's a great environment to meet people in your community and genuinely help them on their fitness goals
Cons
As a new franchise, there are several bumps that need sorting out. I didn't feel like the franchise to individual studio connection was very genuine, was a stressful and 'hustle' culture which I didn't enjoy. As expected with opening any new business it's a learning curve, however I felt there were better ways to support and communicate with employees.
