      Pros

      Tons of work and responsibilities. Facetime with leadership. Work with all departments.

      Cons

      Not a lot of work life balance. We're a "family" here. Lots of micromanagement. Expect to do a lot of work outside the scope of your role without compensation. Holiday bonuses are a joke.
