Pros
Build meaningful relationships with the kids, you see progress, very little prep needed, can be a light work load, don't have to stay late very often, 9-530 hours (not an evening job)
Cons
Not organized, curriculum can be too rushed for some classes/ages, typically don't tell you about upcoming events soon enough, not always clear on employee expectations. Workload can vary greatly depending on what class you get assigned to and if students drop out. It's not uncommon for the hours teachers teach to vary 3 hours/week.
