This company is really irresponsible in terms of employment. I think the managers here actually encouraged to take people into the team anyhow. I was working on a really good company while they approached me. I was a permanent employee there, my team and employer was happy with me, everything was great. But the approach of Boost IT was making false promises. Firstly, I needed to go my country to take my wife into Portugal and I told them before signing the contract , I had also plan to celebrate our festival with family and they said yes we will manage that no problem, and while I bought the ticket and informed the client, the client said no and this is actually an example of false promises, they do not know about their clients and to get talent they make false promise. I guess this was more on the manager who I had contact, he is really a liar, makes promises and later says , oh sorry I didn't know that. They provided me laptop with wrong configuration for the project. My onboarding was affected by this. They don't even know what their client need. Overall it was my biggest of my career to get employed with boos it. Think several times before accepting their offer, they are utterly irresponsible.

They promise you the world until you have a client to work for. But once the client decides that you're not needed for the project anymore, then they inevitably fail to deliver another job opportunity. They make sure to get rid of you during your 6 months experience period, so you don't have the right to claim for anything. In addition, in a way that is not well communicated and doesn't match with what was agreed by phone and what was written in the notice period paper.
