      Pros

      Fantastic Team! No two days are ever the same. An extremely fast paced, forward thinking company. Start-Up-Like momentum and environment. Strong leadership. The business will always try to stay relevant and engaging. It's a fun place to work.

      Cons

      Due to the nature of the jobs, the youth of the business and the exciting, continuous, fast track progression of the company. Your work/life balance will suffer. But, you have to remain open minded and that long-term loyalty will pay off.
