Paying wage is super low They wait until you quit to offer you the salary you want EVERYONE feels unappreciated, disposable and replaceable Job postings say work-life integration but not the case at all They only offer remote work options when you tell them you’re quitting or for new job applicants when the firm is desperate to fill an open position Firm lacks diversity and inclusion Lack of communication (and transparency) between staff and HR and management Turnover at this place is probably the highest out of any other employer/company in the maritimes
