Pros

Good Opportunity if you want to learn and you don't get jobs so easily. You will get to learn about Finance & Share Market Broking as your domain of knowledge along with tech stack Java & React. Upper/Middle Management is mostly nice and helpful in different ways.

Cons

HR Policy is older than traditional companies also like 1. No Comp Offs 2. Only 18 days leaves (and no carry forward or repayment if leaves are left) 3. No WFH is the only policy 4. if you are late than half day cut 5. You will be happy if your HeadOfDept is human 6. No overtime benefits 7. 3 Months Notice Period ( who does that these days ) 8. No Diwali or Yearly Bonus

Pros

salary on time other than that none

Cons

Working in a toxic environment, I found that the manager never supported me, even when I was right. My experience at this company was extremely negative, and all my efforts felt wasted. There was no respect or appreciation for my work. The HR department was equally disappointing. They would call us to the office on Saturdays for trivial matters. Additionally, some employees received preferential treatment due to their family connections, creating an unfair and frustrating atmosphere. I regret my decision to join this company.
