- Fun culture - good training - very smart and kind people (except the CEO) - okay starting salary - great place for entry level developers, u can really learn a lot
Cons
- low salary - low increase (daw) - been working for a year diligently and doing more than what's expected but still no increase - low budget - cheap CEO - CEO micromanagement - bcht nonchalant HR
