      Pros

      I've worked for many good security companies, and this is one of the worst ever. Poor equipment, last minute schedule changes and paydays that come whenever the owner feels like it. No matter how desperate you are seeking employment, give this company a hard pass. I wish there were one thing good about this sketchy company, and well, there is. The canines are nice...

      Payroll: Paper cheques that are released when the owner feels like it. Con man.

      None, work elsewhere if you can.

      Cons

      Management favours family and friends over hard working employees. Pay is awful. HR department is nonexistent Exploitation of immigrant employees. Use of company vehicles are strictly for favoured employees, otherwise you are forced to use your personal vehicle for travel to work sites.
