Pros

One of the biggest advantages of working at BQE Water is the strong technical and hands-on experience junior engineers can gain early in their careers. The company appears to offer exposure to real process engineering work, including plant operations, commissioning, troubleshooting, process design, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. It also operates in a growing industry focused on industrial water treatment and environmental sustainability, which can provide valuable long-term experience.

Cons

The role may involve demanding workloads and periodic rotations to remote mine sites, which may not suit everyone long term. Since BQE Water is a smaller specialized company, the environment may also be faster paced and less structured than larger corporate graduate programs, requiring employees to adapt quickly and handle multiple responsibilities.

Not as they present themselves

Pros

There are some employees that are friendly.

Cons

Extreme tension at senior/mid management levels. It goes to the level they don't talk to each other. Very bad culture. They value and empower people who present themselves polished and types that pretend to know everything. If you have a humble personality you will be wasted here. You will feel excluded from groups within the company. Cannot trust management on what has been discussed and agreed to. Deception at extreme levels.
