      You work under no supervision at all

      Cons

      There is no management. Only CEO. It's not a company it's more of a local bakery where the owner is bossing around. They have lied to me and did not keep their word. I was assigned completely different projects than it is supposed for my position.

      The culture and working environment are supportive of personal and professional growth. There are plenty of opportunities to learn from experts in the field and work on interesting international projects. Team collaboration and professionalism are highly valued.

      If you are looking for a career in a large organization with fixed processes, maybe this is not your place.

      Great team, good balance of work and life, plenty of learning and career opportunities.

      Cons

      Bulgarian market is very limited for our services, so we had to look abroad. This requires some travel, but nothing out of the ordinary.
