Cons
1. No value for the employees. 2. Manager's like those who keep them updating about what others are doing. 3. Management plays politics to kick out employees. 4. Unqualified peoples in managemet team who can't speak english. 5. They have spearate payroll's for employees (one payroll with paid leave’s and one with not). so don't even think if you’re on payroll you will be liable for paid leave’s. 6. Unexperienced are kept as TL for project just because the person know the flow but can't even code by himself. 7. No proper project flow structure. 8. Your suggestion are heard but never taken seriously. 9. All projects are scrap and they says we are handling lots of project in other branch. But no projects over here. 10. Too many restrictions as in you're in school. 11. Unexperienced peoples are kept in management. 11. Management do gossips about company and staff, but scold you if you said some thing which makes you feel wrong about office. I don't know this review will help you or not but if you’re planning to stay more than year in this company so give a second thought.
