      Pros

      1 hr lunch. Paid holidays.

      Cons

      Total nightmare. Zero concern for employee safety or morale. No training. Completely disorganized. No communication. No one ever seems to know what's going on, or how to do their jobs. People are constantly leaving. Totally different expectations and rules for employees depending on if they are a favorite of management. Zero accountability at any level. The money they receive could be put to better use somewhere else. Do not recommend working here, period. If you see a positive review, it was probably written by management.

      Consistent schedule i guess. Nothing else comes to mind

      Cons

      Minimal to 0 training on a complicated job. No suport from higher management Housing supervisor EE WILL set you up to fail or blame her failure on you. You will be written up for EE'S mistakes. CEO TD is a to faced snake oil salesman. Will spend a hour blowing smoke about "all the amazing things broc dose" but will not suport or back up employees. Despite your job description you will be asking to do alot. Work load slowly increases untill you are doing 4 full time jobs for the pay of one. Alows toxic and abusive work investments to fester Is a agent company Is secretly religions, and operates under "traditional" values. Dose not care about your physical or mental safety. Constant turn over
