Small company u can communicate to managers Not so much work load Good for entry level

No flexible timings, no work u have to sit till 7pm Managment dont listen to you High politics by managers MS and attitude No outings or team dinner/lunch they have once a year but that also 50℅ paid by emp. All rulea are for employees Hire and Fire No other benifits like Health policy, cafe etc No onsite opp
