As we strive to maintain a transparent work culture, it is regrettable that you did not bring these discussion points up during our weekly team meetings or in your one-on-one meetings with your section head. BTI takes pride in our open environment where team members feel comfortable in expressing both how they feel and are also encouraged to recommend changes to make their work environment at BTI more enjoyable and efficient. We are truly sorry that your experience in our Streetsville studio was anything less than our past employees have had. We pride ourselves on maintaining a strong work/life balance and a family-like, energetic company culture. We are sorry to hear your experience did not mirror the many positive experiences current and past employees share with us as expressed in their frequent visits back to BTI for lunches and get-togethers.
