Working at BTI has been an amazing experience. As a new grad, somewhat recently out of school, my entry to the workforce has been nothing but enjoyable and enlightening. The level of support and willingness to accept feedback is unmatched. Compared to the many previous employers I've worked for, BTI goes above and beyond in listening to employee feedback and continually making positive changes for a more efficient and tech-forward work environment. Management is very supportive and friendly, and there are little to no barriers when it comes to approaching senior leadership with new ideas or concerns. The team is amazing; everyone is extremely talented and brings a unique set of skills to the table. Working on projects with this team barely feels like work, and is always a creative challenge, which I really enjoy. There are often changes and improvements to process and technology, and this keeps things fresh and exciting each week. I am personally a very tech-forward person, and I find that I always have access to the tech and resources that I need to complete a project. I'm very grateful to BTI for allowing me to grow and learn in such an accepting and dynamic work environment.
