I have been working at BTS for over a year now and have seen leadership maintain their culture in taking care of their employees and always being their for them. My whole experience with the company has been really positive. Starting with the recruiter/manager Alex all the way to meeting CEO/COO of the company. They all made coming on so smooth and comfortable. The thing that stood out the most is the "non-recruiter approach" and making it very comfortable day one!

Throughout my time with BTS, the leadership was accessible at every level and responsive to the needs of employees, which could be argued even at the short term expense of the company itself. The salary as a sub company was fair, but came with healthy benefits to close the gap with prime salaries. While it didn't close the gap completely, the morale boost those benefits provided were invaluable. At all times the company was communicative and has positioned themselves in such a way that contract bidding instability can insulate their employees from some of the fears associated with military contracting. The company has continued to be supportive after I chose to part ways with the company and provided invaluable insight to ensure I would not sell myself short in my new position. While I parted ways for personal reasons, I would go back to the company in a heartbeat given an opportunity that aligned with my families needs.

Company leadership is genuinely committed to taking care of their deployed employees. Any email I sent to my manager back in the States was answered quickly and professionally. Our time off policy is better than the other companies on our contract. They really work to make us feel like we're part of the team.

From top to bottom the company genuinely cares about the employees and families, not just lip service to sell the company. The staff looks out for your growth and future from day one, ensuring that you are able to progress in your job field. The staff has a hard working and no nonsense business ethic that also creates a healthy work/ life balance. True teamwork and professionalism at all times, open and receptive to all. Everyone is passionate about the mission, supporting the Veterans, and supporting the communities and industries. I have not been able to find this type of compassion or leadership anywhere else.

Excellent mentorship and pay. BTS offers one of the most competitive salaries and at the same time treats its employees with dignity and respect. I have always felt listened to and cared for by BTS. BTS also makes efforts to reward their employees with lucrative bonuses and future career opportunities.

As a Sr Technical Recruiter, I was lucky enough to be hired by BTS during COVID. As an SDVOSB, they are truly committed to hiring veterans but most of all taking care of them. They are deeply embedded in the Defense and Intelligence sectors, two places in which I grew up in as an analyst and recruiter. They gave opportunities in which I was never afforded of anywhere else that I had been. Despite the changes that were made during my tenure there, I will always be grateful for the opportunity they gave me to take care of my family and grow as a professional. The company's culture is one that is built of integrity, excellence, and innovative thought, starting with the CEO and COO and everyone in the corporate office that I was privileged enough to work with and for. As a recruiter, we placed hiring, highly skilled professionals and people who were passionate about contributing to the mission and being a part of the family of professionals that make up the company.
