Good for Quick Cash, Avoid if you're planning to rely on this place for full-time income

-Work with the best people, literally the only pro about this place is that you will meet life-long friends and the people makes the shift/ work bearable.
Cons
-As someone who has worked for this company since their first branch and seen its expansion from the beginning, I can say that the higher ups in this place only cares about money money money. No work-life, no care for worker's health, the higher-ups are mostly Korean and have shown a lot of racist remarks towards non Asians. - One of their multi site manager (CHEF MUN) pleaseeee be aware! This guy has shown predatory behaviour towards girls and even assaulted a girl at work and the higher ups has covered it up and not taken any actions against this predator. Legit he forced himself onto a female chef and said inappropriate things to workers like "Do you shave down there?". Horrible man with a high ego, I've seen him bully managers and he doesn't know how to speak to people with respect. Please avoid him at all cost if you're planning to ignore everything I'm saying and work here, this is one advice you shouldn't ignore!! -Long working hours and unpaid breaks considering a full-shift here you're expected to work around 12 hours a day and stink like oil at the end of the day. -Very very very cheap company, they care about profit above else. Staff used to be able to make their own food here however it is now not allowed and you're only limited to eat a small portion of free staff food a day even if you're working a full shift. -Depends on the branch but the managers are abused, tired and lifeless, they work crazy hours and subject to abuse from the hire ups and can affect the rest of the team depending on the manager. Sometimes, met with mean remarks however it's due to the managers getting exploited by the owners and higher ups.
