Pros
Flexible, remote work. Products you can feel good about selling. Majority of the staff is great to work with.
Cons
They hire based on their immediate vs long term need, leading to lots of layoffs when they are done with you. Not financially stable or poor money management impacts staff.

There are many capable and smart people who work there and most people are very nice and have no ego. Company managers support professional development and are overall supportive of personal needs of employees.
Cons
Remote only work environment can be hard for some.
