What pros? Good for people who wants to be slaves. All good reviews are written by delusional slaves. Management likes the whole slave culture.

Where do I start? 90% of the statement about the company is not true. All the positive reviews are fake. Read the ones which are negative. As mentioned earlier by many employees, if you resign, your benefits.wont be given but the management gets a huge ego boost from terminating you with two months compensation so they can at least console themselves at night that they fired the employee but they gave them two months salary. This company runs on the slave culture concept. Working hours are average 16 hours, 6 days a week. It keeps you so worked up that you don't get time to explore other options or think for yourself. You have a life or family? Good joke Working hours are such that employees are working like slaves from 10am to 2/3am and are expected to come back in office by 10am or else penalty is there. All in all, look at the negative reviews and please don't join this company and if you are working now, leave the company as soon as you can no matter how brain washed you are.
