Pros
-Great and unique product. The engineers and designers are very talented and efficient. -Babbler is definitely "the next big thing", as cliche as that might sound. It's a very stimulating and exciting environment. -Talented and fast growing team. -The industry (Digital PR) is quickly changing; a shift that Babbler is very well positioned to benefit from.
Cons
-The same organizational/scaling issues you experience at every successful startup. -Rapid growth sometimes means that it's hard to get a clear snapshot of the company at a specific point.
