-There is NO training
Absolutely none. You're thrown into the store, told to watch some Youtube videos on how to open and close strollers and pressured to sell thousand dollar merchandise the next day.
-The owners are negligent
You will be underpaid for all the work you're doing and will have to pull teeth and nail to receive an insignificant raise. They belittle the employees and will outright insult your intelligence on multiple occasions. They will expect you to know everything but of course to you don't because you were never trained.
-The employees feed into the toxic environment
Sportsmanship doesn't exist at Babesta. Everyone is extremely competitive and maniacal because they are trying to impress the owners who don't care. None of it makes sense because no one is getting commission or benefits. You will often find yourself feeding into gossip because it seems to be the only thing that keeps everyone together, even though they're talking about each other.
-There is no life outside of Babesta
You will have to work long hours and sometimes be asked to come in on your day off because people are constantly quitting.
