      Nothing. Suprisingly why Indian govt allowing such this kind of companies . They will not pay you salary for months and take work as slave... If you want to ruin your career join Babycell now know as Biocell. Apart from mental trauma you won't get anything.

      Mental trauma will be only monthly salary which you will get. Pls be jobless. But don't join Babycell now known as Biocell.
