      Pros

      Great location, free beverages, wildlife in parking lot.

      Cons

      Company lives up to its name. A game moves into production, gets pretty far along and they change the whole thing. Projects drag out for too long.

      Pros

      Great benefits. Health insurance, dental, phone, gym, this place has a lot of good benefits. Board game library and a video game library.

      Cons

      A lot of talk and no change. Management likes to talk about how they will change things, but nothing is actually implemented. Departments are lacking skilled individuals, and new hires are not provided any training. This leads to a lot of hand-holding, and a lot of repeated conversations. Lack of organization. Nobody knows what is what on projects, or who is on what. There is no documentation to actually detail the intended behavior of a project. A lot of time is wasted on bad design, which is a real waste of company resources.

      You addressed some issues that we have been working on and hope that we have made progress in addressing. We were fortunate enough to expand our employee base by over 25% but the influx of new talent did cause the walls to groan a little bit. The 2nd work site has allowed us all to breath a little easier! We have also invested in strong managerial talent and are so excited about our future with these industry professional helping to lead us. Thanks for taking the time to provide your input. It is invaluable.

      Pros

      Boulder is a beautiful place.

      Cons

      Backflip suits the name. A lot of promises are made and not met. The interview process was very misleading and did not properly reflect the goals or needs of the company so I would advice extreme caution if you think about working here.
