A lot of talk and no change. Management likes to talk about how they will change things, but nothing is actually implemented. Departments are lacking skilled individuals, and new hires are not provided any training. This leads to a lot of hand-holding, and a lot of repeated conversations. Lack of organization. Nobody knows what is what on projects, or who is on what. There is no documentation to actually detail the intended behavior of a project. A lot of time is wasted on bad design, which is a real waste of company resources.
