Business outlook
Pros
Fun place to work with great co workers. I worked at the Hollywood location. The money was great and fast. We tip pooled which was ok when everyone pulled their weight.
Cons
Management had a crazy turn over rate and so things were always hectic. Trying to change how things are done every 3 months is just not efficient. The wine lists were always completely wrong and almost never in stock.
